Electrical Design Questionnaire Contract

Thank you for the opportunity to provide an electrical design and quotation. Marina Electrical Equipment, Inc. Please complete the following information and (MEE) will provide this complimentary electrical design with one (1) complimentary revision to assist you in planning your project. Additional revisions will be charged at a rate of $125.00 US Dollars per hour of work. Estimates of charges shall be presented to and approved by the customer prior to beginning work on any revisions.

Standard elements of all complimentary electrical designs shall include:
- Electrical Circuit Layout Drawing with Legend
- Electrical Load Calculations
- Cable/Wire Voltage Drop Schedules based on Calculated Drawing Lengths
- Cable/Wire Conduit Schedules
- Panelboard/Switchboard Schedules
- Disconnect Schedules
- Transformer Schedules
Additional items such as riser drawings, single-line drawings, PE-sealed drawings/plans, etc. are not standard and will be quoted separately
The customer agrees to provide MEE with the following required information prior to starting any design work:
- Facility layout drawing with dimensions (preferably in digital CAD file)
- Completed Questionnaire
All electrical load calculations and specifications shall be created in accordance with the latest publications of the National Electric Code, National Fire Protection Association, and/or the Canadian Standards Association unless otherwise instructed by the customer.
Please note that all wire lengths, electrical calculations, short-circuit current ratings, etc. are based on information provided to MEE by others. The customer shall assume all responsibility to verify all equipment, materials, wire lengths, and to determine that the electrical design and specifications meet all appropriate codes and standards before purchasing any materials.
